NIAGARA FALLS – Two North Carolina residents visiting for a wedding have been charged in the shooting death early Saturday of a 39-year-old city woman.

The shooting occurred just before 4 a.m. on the 1800 block of North Avenue.

Police arrested Richard H. Moore, 50, and Cammesoa M. Williams, 42, both of Winston-Salem, N.C., at the scene.

They are charged with second-degree murder, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree criminal use of a firearm, Lt. Michael Trane said.
