Running a red light at Abbott and Berg roads led to the arrest of a 27-year-old woman on multiple charges, Orchard Park reported today.
Yolanda D. Harris of West Seneca was pulled over on Abbott Road in Lackawanna after running a red light at about 3:40 a.m. Sunday, police said. Harris was driving while intoxicated, police said, and gave Detective Lt. Patrick McMaster a fake name and date of birth because her driver’s permit was expired, as well as suspended, and Buffalo and Cheektowaga authorities had warrants for her arrest.
Harris was charged with DWI, a felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation, false personation, operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone, passing a red light, and other, unspecified violations of vehicle and traffic law.
Following arraignment before Town Justice Lynn Keane, Harris was sent to the Erie County Holding Center.
