Erie County, for the second time in as many weeks, has received a $500,000 federal grant to combat human trafficking.

The latest grant from the U.S. Department of Justice will go to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office for use in locating and interviewing victims, as well as training law enforcement, community, education and court personnel about how to help victims.
