STARK, Anges Larish

STARK, Anges Larish - Mother, whenever I read about the woman of Proverb's 31, you come to mind. Like her, your husband depended on you for the orderly management of both the family business and our home life. You were an extraordinary woman for your time both personally and professionally. You had an entrepreneurial intelligence, innate organizational ability, a strong work ethic learned from grandfather, and a command of the English language. You were as meticulous with your appearance as you were with our home and the business. I still remember your fashion style, which always conveyed elegance rather than ostentation. Most of all I recall your ability to juggle our lives effortlessly. As Henry Ward Beecher wrote, "The Mother's heart is the child's schoolroom." I'm still squeezing out the principles and traits I observed from you in my own life. Your loving daughter,
Pamela Stark Occhino
