Delaware North Companies Gaming & Entertainment has named E. Brian Hansberry president. Hansberry was chief operating officer at Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage, Calif. From 2007 to 2009, he was president and CEO of Seneca Gaming Corp., overseeing Western New York casinos in Niagara Falls, Buffalo and Salamanca. A Rutgers University graduate, he is on the board of directors of the Buffalo Business Partnership, Seneca Diabetes Foundation, and the Rancho Mirage Chamber.

Hunt Real Estate Corporation appointed James C. Heron chief financial officer for the organization. Heron has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of accounting, finance and mergers and acquisitions. A CPA, he received a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo.

Rich Products Corporation named Sandy Mock vice president of operations for the company’s 23 manufacturing facilities in its US/Canada Region. Mock attended Georgia Southern University and the University of North Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree and a MBA. Also, the company promoted Frank Wrazen III to senior director of manufacturing for non-dairy & donuts. Wrazen assumes responsibility for Rich’s manufacturing plants in Arlington, Texas; Niles, Ill.; Hilliard, Ohio; and Union City, California. He attended the University at Buffalo where he earned a master’s degree.

The newly created Western District of New York Chapter of the Federal Bar Association named Jodyann Galvin, a partner at Hodgson Russ, president. Other officers: Vice president, Jessica L. Copeland, senior associate at Hodgson Russ; and secretary, Michael E. Reyen, an associate also at Hodgson Russ.

Goldberg Segalla named Stanley L. Evans an associate in its Buffalo office. He was an associate with Hamberger & Weiss. Evans serves as a board member with Family Promise of Western New York. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University, he received his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Chelus, Herdzik, Speyer & Monte appointed Rebecca Josefiak an associate attorney at the law firm. Josefiak is a Hobart and William Smith College graduate who received her J.D. from University at Buffalo School of Law.

The Stahlka Agency promoted Shawn Berg to vice president of operations for the Orchard Park office. Berg has more than 16 years of experience in commercial/business insurance and employee benefits with companies such as Safeco and Marsh McLennan.

HoganWillig appointed Ryan C. Mahoney an associate. Mahoney earned a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University and his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law School. The firm also named Dr. Michele L. Bassler to its personal injury and medical malpractice departments to review and interpret medical records. She is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and received her medical degree from Upstate Medical University.

SKM Group, a marketing communications agency, named Tim Marren senior copywriter and Andrew Ucci copywriter. Marren was previously a copywriter at J. Fitzgerald Group and formerly served as managing editor at the Lockport Union-Sun & Journal. He received his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Buffalo State. Ucci earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts.

Greenman-Pedersen named James C. Manzella a project scientist in its Western New York Office. Manzella worked at TVGA Consultants and is an Allegheny College graduate.
