Kenmore man pleads guilty in NT burglary

LOCKPORT – Michael J. Klinefelter, 49, of Tremaine Avenue, Kenmore, admitted Tuesday in State Supreme Court that he broke into a residential garage Feb. 21 on Maple Terrace in North Tonawanda.

State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. scheduled sentencing June 11 for Klinefelter, who admitted to a reduced charge of attempted third-degree burglary. Klinefelter is being held without bail in Niagara County Jail. He could be sent to state prison for as long as four years.
