Gary A. Dulski of Blasdell, who designed and acted as project manager for a number of commercial buildings and residences in the Buffalo area, died Friday in the Buffalo VA Medical Center. He was 49.
Mr. Dulski was born in Lackawanna and graduated from Frontier Central High School and Erie Community College. He served in the Air Force as a staff sergeant civil designer.
Mr. Dulski designed a variety of projects, such as Gull Landing and industrial buildings in the Southtowns, and Polymer Conversions.
He also designed the remodeled chalets at Holiday Valley in Ellicottville.
Mr. Dulski was also involved in volunteer work, including building playhouses for a hospice benefit.
During the past three years, he took wounded service members from the Buffalo VA on guided fishing tours.
He enjoyed fishing, cooking, hockey and motocross. He won an AMA Super Seniors Champion title for the 2003-04 year.
Mr. Dulski is survived by two daughters, Amy and Kim; his mother, Karoline; and two sisters, Karen Young and Karol Dulski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Our Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 3688 South Park Ave., Blasdell.
