Columbus McKinnon Corporation appointed Lawrence Gavin executive director and chief procurement officer. Gavin, a member of the company’s executive committee, recently served as procurement director for Navistar International. Gavin holds a bachelor’s degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from Kent State University.

The Hamister Group appointed Cheryl Green senior vice president, general counsel. Green most recently was with Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman. Green, a University at Buffalo graduate, received her J.D. from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

Mount Calvary Cemetery Group named Jeffrey Reed president. Reed joined Mount Calvary in 2004. He is a University at Buffalo graduate. Reed succeeds Robert A. Wutz Jr., who continues working with Mount Calvary as director of development.

M&T Bank promoted Mary P. Brennan to group vice president in the bank’s credit division. Brennan has been with the bank for 20 years. She is a Boston College graduate. Also, the bank promoted John M. Marynowski to group vice president in its treasury risk department. Marynowski has been with the bank for seven years. He received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and his MBA from Harvard University.

22nd Century Group named John T. Brodfuehrer chief financial officer. Brodfuehrer most recently served as the chief financial officer of Latina Boulevard Foods, and is the former chief financial officer of NOCO Energy Corp. He is a University at Buffalo graduate.

Lumsden McCormick appointed Lauren Ceccarelli, Elizabeth Krause, and Christie LeDonne audit staff accountants in its auditing and accounting department. Ceccarelli, a CPA, graduated from the University at Buffalo. Krause, a CPA, earned a master’s degree from Canisius College and an undergraduate degree from Geneseo State College. LeDonne earned a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from Daemen College. Also, the firm namedKaren LaBelle a general ledger analyst.

Quinlan promoted Frank Conjerti to creative director–digital. Conjerti is a graduate of the University at Buffalo. He has worked for the agency since 2010 as interactive developer.

The New York State Bar Association elected Sharon Stern Gerstman treasurer. Gerstman is counsel to Magavern Magavern Grimm. Also, the Association elected Cheryl Smith Fisher, a partner at the firm, vice president for the New York State Bar’s Eighth District. Both will serve on the organization’s executive committee and will be installed in June.

Crowley Webb named Polly Perez a director of strategic planning and Joe Russell an account executive. Perez previously worked in advertising at General Mills and marketing at Discovery Channel. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton. Russell earned his bachelor’s degree SUNY Buffalo College.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center named Dr. Rajinder Pal Singh Bajwa to its medical staff. A primary care physician and infectious disease specialist, Bajwa is a graduate of Government Medical College in Patiala, India, and served a residency in radio-diagnosis at Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana, India, and a residency in internal medicine at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Foit-Albert Associates, Architecture, Engineering and Surveying, appointed Joshua B. Gardner and Wendy L. Manhardt architectural designers. Gardner joins the firm from Sandberg Kessler Architecture & Engineering of Jamestown. Gardner earned his bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo. Manhardt, also a UB graduate, is a LEED GA certified professional.

Brisbane Consulting Group promoted Audrey Pizzuto to senior analyst. Pizzuto is a graduate of John Wiley Jones School of Business at Geneseo State College.

Niagara Cerebral Palsy named Maureen Okruch human resources administrator. She will oversee all human resources functions at the 350-employee non-profit agency. Okruch graduated from D’Youville College.
