BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) and WNED have partnered to present a health expo and live radio show on the topic of “Aging with Grace.” The event begins with a complimentary lunch and health expo at 11:30 a.m. today in WNED Studios, 140 Lower Terrace. Participating in the health expo will be staff from Erie County Senior Services, Meals on Wheels and more.

The radio program will begin at 1 p.m. with panelists Cathy Campbell from BCBS, Gayle Eagan from Canopy of Neighbors, Ann Monroe from Health Foundation of Western & Central New York, and Dr. Robert Stall from Stall Geriatrics. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions during the radio show that will be heard on WNED radio, 88.7 FM and 970 AM. For information, call Caroline Hurley at 887-8534.


The American Lung Association and Catholic Health System will hold a meeting of its Better Breathers Club, a support group for people with chronic lung disease and their families, at 11 a.m. at Appletree Business Park, Suite 48, 2875 Union Road, Cheektowaga.
