Meals on Wheels for Western New York named Bethany Meegan accounting assistant. Meegan, a graduate of Portland State University, most recently served as a bookkeeper for Go & Grow Preschool. She previously worked for Meals on Wheels in 2010 as an accounting assistant.

KD Fluid Power Corp., headquartered in the Town of Tonawanda, with additional offices in Rochester and Syracuse, was recently purchased by B.W. Rogers Co., an Akron, Ohio-based supplier of fluid connectors, motion control and process equipment to industry.

Medaille College was recognized by G.I. Jobs magazine as a Military Friendly School for the third consecutive year. This designation ranks Medaille College in the top 15 percent of military-friendly colleges, universities and trade schools in the nation.

Goldberg Segalla received the George B. Vashon Innovator Award from the Minority Corporate Counsel Association in the Pipeline Initiatives category. The Innovator Award recognized Goldberg Segalla and Joseph M. Hanna, a partner at the law firm and chairman of its Diversity Task Force, for spearheading the creation of a diversity-focused internship program in collaboration with the Minority Bar Association of Western New York and the University at Buffalo School Law.
