Five felony charges lodged in welfare fraud case

NIAGARA FALLS - A North Tonawanda woman faces five felony counts in a case of welfare fraud, authorities said.
Jennifer T. Koepp, 41, of Zimmerman Street was arrested on a warrant Wednesday by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office and charged by Niagara Falls police with three felony counts of offering a false instrument for filing, third-degree grand larceny and third-degree welfare fraud.
