HEALTH AND WELLNESS: Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo and Kohl's Cares for Kids will hold a Health and Wellness Day from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the Kohl's location at 8500 Transit Road, Amherst. The first 500 children who attend will receive a free bicycle helmet and fitting. All children who attend will also receive a free bicycle safety inspection by mechanics from Bert's Bikes & Fitness and portion-sized cups, bowls and plates while learning more about the importance of proper nutrition from physicians and staff from the hospital.
MEET AND GREET: The Concordia Foundation will hold a meet and greet at 11 a.m. Saturday in Concordia Cemetery, 438 Walden Ave. at Sycamore Street. The foundation is seeking volunteers to serve as president and vice president, as well as board members and volunteers on various committee. A light lunch will be served.

GOLF TOURNEY: Canisius College is hosting the 62nd annual Little 3 Alumni Golf Tournament on Monday at the Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course, 4650 Creek Road, Lewiston. The cost is $105 per golfer, which includes 18 holes of golf with cart, range, lunch, dinner and prizes. Dinner only is $40. Registration is at 11 a.m. with shotgun start at noon.
