Allpro Parking promoted Richard A. Doetterl Jr. to vice president of operations, and director of Allpro Parking for Healthcare. Most recently, Doetterl served as project coordinator.

The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York cited David M. Gelia, former IIABNY chair of the board and current executive vice president of United Insurance Agency I in Amherst, for his support of IIABNY's legal challenge of New York's producer compensation disclosure regulation known as Regulation 194. Gelia is the association chairman of its new investment subcommittee. Also, the association honored John J. Schwab, president of Niagara National in Buffalo, with the Outstanding Committee Chair Award. Schwab is serving in his second full term as an IIABNY Regional Director. In addition, the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Western New York received the IIABNY award for Local Association of the Year.
