Randy Pikuzinski is part of the answer to a trivia question. Name the brothers who played for the Buffalo Stallions and the Buffalo Blizzard.
Randy teamed up with brother Rudy to play for both of Buffalo's profession indoor soccer teams. Considering that they were both in Cheektowaga, that seems only appropriate. Their father led the Buffalo White Eagles amateur soccer team.
Randy signed with the Stallions right out of high school and played four games. He even suited up with the Buffalo Storm, an outdoor team in 1984 that played its games at All-High Stadium. It was on to the NPSL from there, where Pikuzinski played for Canton, Milwaukee and Chicago.
Randy was traded to the Blizzard in 1992, and he found a home here. Pikuzinski stayed through 2001.
When the Blizzard went under, Pikuzinski was taken by Harrisburg in the dispersal draft. Rather than report, Randy retired.
