Lt. Col. Frank P. Moscovic, a decorated Air Force veteran and retired foreman, died Tuesday in his Town of Tonawanda home. He was 90.
A native of Canonsburg, Pa., he was a 20-year veteran of the Army Air Forces and the Air Force, serving in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He was awarded the Purple Heart and the Distinguished Flying Cross, among other honors.
He was a member of Ironworkers Local 6, the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion and Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, the former Marguerite B. Kane; two sons, David and Jon; two daughters, Michelle Kane and Dina Reinhard; four sisters, Ann Tomsic, Mary Tyburski, Betty Zaken and Dorothy Maslocha; and a brother, Tom.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. today in Blessed Sacrament Church, 263 Claremont Ave., Town of Tonawanda.
