Planned Use: Bank foreclosure. Sold at auction. Previous owner is out of business. Property is a 2,616-square-foot, single-story Burger King fast-food restaurant, built in 1983 on one acre near Cazenovia Park. The restaurant is operated by major franchisee Carrol's Restaurant Group of Syracuse and has more than 10 years left on a 20-year lease.
