HoganWillig, a law firm with offices in Amherst, Buffalo, Lancaster and Lockport, announced that Elizabeth M. DiPirro was elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. This elite group comprises only a dozen top divorce and family law attorneys in Western New York. Membership requires extensive testing, peer review, evaluation by judges and recognition as a first-rate matrimonial lawyer.

AXA Advisors named Paul Peck a financial professional at its Williamsville office. Previously, Peck was a sportscaster with WIVB-TV. He is a Syracuse University graduate. The AXA Advisors Buffalo branch is located in Suite 308, 325 Essjay Road.

Barbara Baker, Michael Burke, Sharon Frisicaro, Steve Frisicaro, James Hoffman, Amy Mayfield, Bonnie Clement and Joseph Trifilo, Hunt Real Estate sales professionals, were inducted into the ERA Leader's Circle, based on their 2011 production as measured across all sales professionals in 2,500 offices across 35 countries in the ERA Franchise System. Awardees were honored at ERA's International Business Conference and 40th anniversary celebration in New Orleans recently. Hunt Real Estate ERA was also named the No. 1 office across all of ERA at this event, recognizing the firm as No. 1 in Units and Adjusted Gross Commission across all ERA franchises.

Trane U.S. Inc., Buffalo, was awarded an $8,000 federal contract for the maintenance of five water chillers, from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Western New York Health Care System, Buffalo.

Clearview Maintenance Corp., Hamburg, was awarded a $4,680 federal contract for weekly window cleaning services, from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Western New York Health Care System, Buffalo.

The employees were able to raise funds through activities such as "dress-down" days, auctions and split clubs.
