Seller: Robinson Home Products, through Think Solutions Inc./Advantage Housewares Inc.
Planned Use: Uncertain. Property features 111,000-square-foot industrial distribution warehouse, built in 1965, on 13.2 acres near Walden Galleria mall and Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Currently home to Robinson Home Products, formerly Robinson Knife Co. Purchase involved $1 million mortgage from First Niagara Financial Group and $500,000 from Cheektowaga Economic Development Corp.
2) Location: 6480 Main St. #1, Amherst
Buyer: Dr. Henry C. Lee, through 6480 Main LLC
Seller: Dr. Mark R. Comaratta, through Grammercy Park LP
Planned Use: Continued medical office for Buffalo Niagara Retina Associates, of which both Drs. Lee and Comaratta remain part, along with Dr. Umberto Albanese.
3) Location: 4214 North Buffalo Road, Orchard Park
Buyer: Stas Balanevsky of Williamsville, through GavonGroup Inc. of Ft. Myers, Fla.
Seller: Henry W. III and Allithea E. Killeen
Planned Use: Uncertain. Possible investment. Property is a commercial office building in downtown Orchard Park, and has been home to Killeen & Killeen law firm and Abate Brothers Realty.
4) Location: 302 Grote St. and 1726 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo
Buyer: Weather Panel Holdings
Seller: Waste Stream Technology
Planned Use: Expansion by Weather Panel Holdings, which is located on Chandler Street, behind the former Waste Stream building. Property is a manufacturing facility and former home of Waste Stream, an environmental and analytic testing laboratory, and subsidiary of Sevenson Environmental. Waste Stream is moving to Niagara Falls, where it now does just research and development, with four employees, according to vice president Jim Hyzy.
5) Location: 2804 Union Road, Cheektowaga
Buyer: Ron and Lori Testani, through Five Star Holdings of Buffalo LLC
Seller: FirstCity Servicing Corp., through Sowamco 30 Ltd./Sowamco XXX Ltd.
Planned Use: Continued operation of Five Star Automotive, an auto service and repair station and registered Napa Autocare Center that Ron and Lori Testani opened in 2009. Seller is commercial finance loan servicer from Waco, Texas.
6) Location: 3252 Harlem Road, Cheektowaga
Buyer: Grabber & Sons Inc.
Seller: Mary Ann Zylka
Planned Use: Expansion by Grabber & Sons Landscaping and Nursery, which is located next door at 3242 Harlem. Property currently has a free-standing, 2,200-square-foot retail restaurant building, constructed in 1964, on 19,520 square feet of land at the corner of Maryvale Drive, adjacent to the Kensington Expressway. Former home of Ja Fa Fa Hots restaurant, a long-time Cheektowaga eatery, known for serving Sahlen's hot dogs with its hot sauce. Had opened in 1946, but closed several years ago after road reconstruction on Harlem Road hampered its business.
7) Location: 1598 Hertel Ave., Buffalo
Buyer: Robert and Vicki Baxter of Buffalo, through RVB Properties LLC
Seller: Dennis P. Epstein
Planned Use: Uncertain. Property is a 4,585-square-foot mixed-use commercial building, including one to two retail units on the first floor and an upper-floor apartment. Former home of Laboratory Apex Dental and Cynergy Products LLC.
8) Location: 5240 Genesee St., Lancaster
Buyer: Lucian D. Visone Jr.
Seller: Alden State Bank
Planned Use: Investment. Property is a 3,346-square-foot home that was converted into apartments. Built in 1860. Had previously been foreclosed by the bank. Buyer is a real estate investor.

Planned Use: Plumbing. Former home of Ace Plumbing, which was taken over by Cellino.
