Home Loan Servicing Solutions Ltd.

George Town, Cayman Islands, 13.3 ordinary shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Wells Fargo, Barclays, and Citigroup. Proposed Nasdaq symbol HLSS. Business: Recently formed to acquire mortgage servicing assets from Ocwen Financial.


Provident Mortgage Capital Associates Inc.

San Bruno, Calif., 8.3 million shares, priced at $15 each, managed by UBS, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol PMCA.
