Anaheim 4, Phoenix 1: Andrew Cogliano scored three straight goals in the second period. Phoenix had the jump in the first period, and Cogliano took it away quickly in the second, notching his first career hat trick in a 7-minute span.
Edmonton 3, Colorado 2: Taylor Hall scored what turned out to be the game-winning goal in the third period for the Oilers. The Avalanche are 3-6-1 in their last 10 games.
Chicago at Vancouver: Jonathan Toews was ready to play for the Blackhawks in Vancouver. He is coming back from a hand injury that forced him to miss Chicago's last game.
