The Hospital Sales & Marketing Association has named Kathy Snyder Egan, president of Beaver Hollow conference center in Java Center, one of the "Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds" of the year in sales and marketing.

The winners, to be honored today in New York, were selected by a panel based on creativity and innovation, cutting-edge sales of marketing campaigns, triumph in challenging situations and sales efforts that led to dramatic gains.

New Directions Youth and Family Services board of directors re-elected Thomas A. Sy president for a second consecutive term. Sy is the CEO of Aspire Inc. The board also named as secretary Christine Weeks, director of marketing for Grand Tours and Ridge Road Express.
