The Mentholatum Company promoted Brian Rola to senior director of U.S. sales. Rola joined Mentholatum in 2005 and has held positions of director, sales and national account manager. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, he will lead the sales and trade promotion strategy for the U.S. domestic division. The company also promoted Kevin Bosiacki to national account manager. Bosiacki graduated from Syracuse University.

BWI National Health Promotion Training Institute, a Buffalo provider of health and wellness solutions at work and school, has partnered with The New York State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance to offer school wellness programming, as well as health education certification courses, to its members at discounted rates. The association is promoting the institute's programs that incorporate New York State learning standards.

BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York received the Well Workplace Gold designation from the Wellness Council of America. The designation recognizes businesseses for the development of comprehensive wellness programs that improve employee well-being and establish corporate metrics. BlueCross BlueShield received a total score of 177.47 out of a possible 180 points.



You and Who at the Walden Galleria donated $530 and 19 local designer T-shirts to Buffalo City Mission as a result of three promotions the company ran in partnerships with Buffalo Place, SoCorp Printing and the organizers of TEDxBuffalo.
