Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner, an Amherst accounting firm, promoted Andrew Aul, Sam Bruno and Kristine Doll to senior accountants. Aul, a University at Buffalo graduate, joined the firm in 2008. Bruno joined the firm in 2008 and received his master's degree from Niagara University. Doll, also a Niagara University graduate, joined the firm in 2009.

Manzella Marketing Group, an advertising and marketing firm in Buffalo, appointed Christina Evans a project manager/media specialist, David Kissel an account supervisor, Marcia Wilbert a web/graphic designer and Marina Shapiro a graphic designer and social media specialist. Evans has worked in various marketing communications roles since 1989 at firms including Tops Markets, New Era Cap and Hunt Mortgage. She received her bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo and her master's degree from St. Bonaventure University. Kissel, a UB graduate, has an extensive sales background in manufacturing and distribution sales. Wilbert graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology's College of Imaging Arts and Sciences. She previously lived in Italy and San Diego, where she completed internships in graphic design. Shapiro previously worked at the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County as an interactive communications manager. She received her bachelor's degree from UB and is pursuing her master's degree.

The Martin Group, a Buffalo-based branding agency, was selected by Kaleida Health to name, brand and market the medical facility that Kaleida is constructing next to Buffalo General Hospital, currently referred to as the Heart and Vascular Institute. It is being built for the diagnosis, treatment and research of cardiac, stroke and other vascular conditions, and will be part of the new $291 million complex combining the services of Millard Fillmore Hospital on Gates Circle and Buffalo General.

Twenty 20 Eye Care and Aesthetic Medicine recently celebrated its grand opening at 410 Elmwood Ave. in Buffalo. The practice is the brainchild of Dr. Melissa Neal, an eye and aesthetic physician. Twenty 20 will offer eye care service, aesthetic services and holistic service.

The Made In America Store has added 1,100 square feet to its 100 percent American-made retail center. Since opening to the public 17 months ago, the store has more than doubled in size.
