Cardiology Group of Western New York welcomed Dr. Harry McCrea III and Dr. Robbie D. Wall to its practice. McCrea is a general cardiologist specializing in noninvasive procedures. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and served an Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship through the University of Rochester at Strong Memorial Hospital. Wall is a clinical electrophysiologist specializing in cardiac arrhythmias and device-based therapies. He attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pa., and served an Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship in Detroit.

Deloitte, a professional services organization, appointed Deborah L. DeHaas regional managing partner of its newly created Central region, which includes Rochester and Buffalo. DeHaas is responsible for leading the quality, client satisfaction, growth, marketplace and human resource initiatives for the 23 offices and nearly 9,000 Deloitte professionals in the 12 states that comprise the Central region. Deloitte consolidated its Midwest and North Central regions to create the Central region.

Arthur A. Russ Jr., counsel to Phillips Lytle, was sworn in as the 105th president of the Bar Association of Erie County at its 124th annual meeting and election recently. Russ previously served as vice president of the association for one year. He also serves on the association's continuing legal education advisory committee and formerly served as chairman of its corporations committee.

Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel associate Scott P. Horton recently served as a presenter on the topic of "Workplace Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace" at the New York State Public Employer's Labor Relations Association's 37th annual training conference in Saratoga Springs.

TL Cannon Companies, DBA Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar, was awarded the 2011 Environmental Impact Award by Victor-based Power Management Company. The Buffalo-based company has saved more than 3 million kilowatt hours per year, a 74 percent reduction, as a result of a comprehensive lighting retrofit project. TL Cannon Companies updated 60 restaurants in upstate New York and Connecticut.
