A class on Adrenal Fatigue will be offered Thursday at 6 p.m. at Healthy Transformations, 1400 Sweet Home Road, Amherst. Topics include how to treat chronic fatigue, low blood pressure, headaches, brain fog and low sex drive that may be symptoms of adrenal fatigue. The cost is $20 with preregistion and $25 at the door; to register, call 688-1825.

"Living with Diabetes," a four-session program of self-management classes, will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday and continues Aug. 17, 22 and 24 in the Mary C. The ALS Association will hold a support group meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Dent Neurological Institute, 3980 Sheridan Drive, Amherst. Dr. Bennett Myers, a neurologist for the institute, will speak about updates in the field of ALS, share his philosophy and answer questions.
