Merchants Insurance Group has introduced the new Claims Inquiry area for policyholders, the company's newest online service to assist policyholders with their claims. The new service includes dedicated website pages to make it fast and easy for policyholders to track their claims with Merchants. Users will be able to link directly to their claims representatives and access information such as claim details, claim documents, payment details and claim process information.
