Wednesday, 7:30 p.m.: Daemen College Readings at the RIC Series presents Mary Volmer and Howard Wolf. Volmer lives in the San Francisco Bay area, where she is a professor and the founding director of the St. Mary's College Honors Program, and the author of a debut novel "Crown of Dust" (Soho Press, 2010). Wolf, a longtime professor of English at the University at Buffalo, is the author of five books, including "Forgive the Father: A Memoir of Changing Generations" (1978) and "The Autobiographical Impulse: Essays on the Crisis of the Humanities in America" (1993).
