Buffalo Light

We've got our

Own lighthouse,

Built in 1833,

Even tho' we're

Not on the ocean

Or even on the sea!

Downtown in

The harbor, our

Beacon still stands

Where once it greeted

Boats sailing from

Many lands.

Almost six stories high,

It's a beautiful sight.

I'm happy to know

It's shining

When I go

To bed at night.
