Fidelis Care, the New York State Catholic Health Plan, appointed Susan Fay director of central configuration. Most recently, Fay served as director of IT planning, business information and technology services for HealthNow New York, where she acted as a liaison for the corporate strategic business units, the BlueCross and BlueShield Association, and IT leadership. She attended Bryant & Stratton College.

The Buffalo Niagara Convention and Visitors Bureau named Cindy Kincaide director of the Buffalo Ambassador Program. Kincaide, who has more than 25 years of marketing experience, previously held executive positions with Leadership Buffalo, The Buffalo News and Datemaker/Newspaper Voice Services. The Buffalo Ambassador Program actively engages Western New York citizens, hospitality professionals and expatriates in an effort to increase the impact of tourism on the local economy.

Gilda's Club Western New York, a nonprofit support community for men, women and children with cancer, as well as their families and friends, appointed Jock Mitchell, community volunteer, to a fourth term as board chairman. Mitchell previously served as Gilda's Club WNY board chairman in 2005-07 and 2009-10, and also served as co-chairman of the Gilda's Club WNY capital campaign.

Other officers include: vice chairman, Will Kelly, senior vice president, Harold C. Brown & Co.; treasurer, Maureen Lehsten, chief financial officer, the Center for Hospice & Palliative Care; and secretary, Carol Dambmann, director of alumni affairs and planned giving, Nardin Academy.

Directors for a three-year term are: Jane Buck, Terri Campbell, Erin Collins, Patrick Flynn, James McHugh, Nancy M. Blaschak, Mike Morga, Cynthia M. Rich and David A. Schlein.

FB Displays & Designs, an event marketing solutions provider based in Clarence, collaborated with Mentholatum, a global health and wellness company in Orchard Park, to create an exhibit showcasing Mentholatum's Oxy Clinical brand of skin-care products, for the company's appearance at the 69th annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology in New Orleans. The four-day conference, which took place in February, highlighted current and evolving research in the field.

The "Running of the Bulls" comprehensive advertising campaign, launched in anticipation of the University at Buffalo men's and women's basketball season, was designed by Buffalo-based integrated marketing communications firm Travers Collins & Co. The campaign ranged from billboards to a season ticket brochure, all tied to the theme.

North Forest Office Space, a provider of affordable, upscale professional office space, recently revamped its website at www.nforest.com. The website, featuring information on the company's complete portfolio of office park locations in the Buffalo, Rochester and Denver markets, offers visitors virtual tours, available floor plans and transparent pricing and lease information.

Urban Valet Dry Cleaners and its president, Eric Pyne, are featured in the March issue of National Clothesline, a trade publication for the garment care industry. Urban Valet Dry Cleaners was founded in 1995 and has locations in Hamburg, Buffalo and Orchard Park.
