Vancouver 2, Detroit 1: Daniel Sedin scored twice and Roberto Luongo made 39 saves as the Canucks increased their Western Conference lead over second-place Detroit to 10 points. Before the game, the Red Wings placed Chris Osgood on the injured list, but Detroit could have the goalie back from a nagging groin injury before the end of the regular season.

Chicago 4, Florida 0: Corey Crawford made 23 saves for his fourth shutout of the season and Brent Seabrook and Patrick Kane had a goal and assist each for the Blackhawks. The Panthers, who travel to Buffalo on Friday, were blanked for the second straight game.

Anaheim 4, Dallas 3 (OT): Cam Fowler scored at 1:42 of overtime and the Ducks improved to 9-2-0 in their last 11 games. The Stars have lost four of their last five overall and four of five to Anaheim this season.

Calgary at San Jose: The Sharks got Dany Heatley back for this game after he served a two-game suspension for elbowing Dallas' Steve Ott on March 15. Rookie center Logan Couture, however, was questionable after suffering a lower-body injury Saturday.

Tuesday's late games

Toronto 3, Minnesota 0: Joffrey Lupul and Mikhail Grabovski each scored goals and the Leafs improved to 14-6-5 since the All-Star break.

Colorado 5, Columbus 4 (SO): Milan Hejduk scored the only goal in the shootout and the Avalanche rallied late in regulation to win their second in a row after dropping 20 of 21.

Phoenix 2, St. Louis 1: Lauri Korpikoski scored the go-ahead goal late in the second period and the Coyotes earned at least a point for the eighth straight game. The Blues have just five wins in their last 16 games.
