Phillips Lytle partner William D. Christ was named chairman of the March of Dimes New York State Chapter's board of directors. Christ, who previously served as the state chapter's vice chairman, has volunteered with the March of Dimes since 2001. The March of Dimes is a national organization dedicated to improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

Watts Architecture and Engineering, a multidisciplined architecture and engineering firm in downtown Buffalo, appointed Paul David Dudkowski and Darrell Rowser architect designers.

Dudkowski is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he received master's and bachelor's degrees. Rowser received a master's degree from Hampton University School of Architecture in Hampton, Va.

Timothy J. Altieri, a former resident of Western New York who currently resides in Naples, Fla., was appointed an assistant state attorney in Florida's 20th Judicial Circuit. He graduated from the University at Buffalo and obtained his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Mich.

Hiscock & Barclay named managing Buffalo director James P. Domagalski chairman of the firm's Construction and Surety Practice Area and Buffalo marketing partner Roger F. Cominsky chairman of the firm's Financial Institutions & Lending Practice Area. Both partners will oversee attorneys in their practice areas across the firm's eight offices.
