The Dude and "30 Rock" boss Jack Donaghy are coming to the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Producers say SAG Award nominees Jeff Bridges and Alec Baldwin will help present prizes at the 17th annual ceremony, along with LL Cool J, Josh Duhamel, Amy Poehler and "Glee" star Cory Monteith.

They will join previously announced presenters Rosario Dawson, Betty White, Eva Longoria, Angie Harmon, Hilary Swank and guild president Ken Howard.

The Screen Actors Guild Awards, honoring the year's best performances in film and television, will be presented Jan. 30 at the Shrine Exhibition Center in Los Angeles and broadcast live on TNT and TBS.

Motorcycle man Jesse James is engaged to tattoo artist Kat Von D.

"It's true," James told the Associated Press on Thursday.

No wedding date has been announced.

James and Von D began dating over the summer after his very public split from Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock.

The 41-year-old biker-businessman and reality TV star called Von D his best friend. Von D, whose real name is Katherine von Drachenberg, says James is the one. The 28-year-old stars on the TLC reality show "LA Ink."

The engagement was first reported Thursday by

James told the magazine, "2010 was actually the best year of my life because I fell in love with my best friend. An amazing woman who stood behind me when the world turned their backs."

James and Bullock were married for five years. Their marriage collapsed amid allegations of infidelity just after Bullock won an Oscar for her role in "The Blind Side" in March, 2010.

Michelle Obama marked the second anniversary of her husband's inauguration by surprising visitors to the White House.

The first lady, along with dog Bo, greeted visitors taking public tours of the White House on Thursday

Her anniversary appearance is becoming a tradition -- she also greeted tour groups last January, on the one-year mark of President Obama's inauguration.

The first lady's office says the appearance is part of her efforts to open up the White House to the public. Her office says 1.5 million people have visited the White House since the 2009 inauguration.


Her felony lover ...

Paris Hilton's boyfriend is facing criminal charges stemming from his arrest with the celebrity socialite last summer on the Las Vegas Strip.

A complaint filed Thursday charges 35-year-old Cy Waits with a felony of being under the influence of marijuana, and misdemeanor driving under the influence and possession of marijuana. The former nightclub mogul could face up to four years in prison on the felony charge.

Police say an officer stopped the SUV Waits was driving Aug. 27 after smelling marijuana smoke coming from the vehicle.

Waits is due for arraignment Feb. 17. A message seeking comment was left for his lawyer Thursday.

Hilton is serving a year of probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor cocaine possession and obstruction charges in the case.
