No. 1 Ohio State 70, Iowa 48: David Lighty scored 18 points and the Buckeyes (19-0, 6-0 Big Ten) improved to 60-4 when ranked first in The Associated Press Top 25 poll. Iowa fell to 7-11, 0-6.

No. 4 Duke 92, N.C. State 78: Nolan Smith scored 22 points to help the Blue Devils (17-1, 4-1 ACC) beat the Wolfpack (11-7, 1-3) for the 29th time in 34 meetings since 1995.

No. 16 Notre Dame 66, No. 25 Cincinnati 58: Tyrone Nash and Ben Hansbrough led five scorers in double figures with 13 points each for the Irish (15-4, 4-3 Big East). Cincinnati fell to 16-3, 3-3.

No. 19 Louisville 88, St. John's 63: Preston Knowles scored 25 points, Kyle Kuric added 20 and the Cardinals (15-3, 3-1 Big East) shot 53 percent in beating the Red Storm (11-6, 4-3).

Marshall 75, No. 21 West Virginia 71: Damier Pitts tied a career high with 25 points and Marshall (13-5) nearly blew a 24-point lead before holding off its in-state rival. The Mountaineers fell to 12-5.

No. 1 Baylor 76, Kansas 37: Brittney Griner had 22 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks, leading the Lady Bears (17-1, 4-0 Big 12) to a rout.
