BASKETBALL:The Buffalo Basketball Association is accepting teams for the Alfred Lucas Jr. Memorial tournament. Divisions include boys 13-15, boys 16-18, men's unlimited and girls high school. The event will also have an individual William Mattar Hot-Shot Shoot Out where players have one minute to score as many points as possible. BOATING: America's Boating Course and Jet Ski Certification Class will be held at the Elks Lodge in North Tonawanda from 7:15-9:30 p.m. on Thursdays beginning Jan. 13. The five-week course is designed to provide skills to pilot any watercraft including power and sailboads, jet skis, jet boats and personal watercraft.
