Artsphere Studio & Gallery is seeking artists to submit work for the all-media group exhibition "On The Waterfront," which opens Feb. 25. Paintings, drawings, sculpture, photography and mixed media will be accepted. The Niagara Arts & Cultural Center is seeking entries for its upcoming "African American Art Exhibition: Celebrating Black History Month," which runs Feb. 11 to March 20. Work must be original and made by the artist. Two-dimensional works must be framed and wired for installation and three-dimensional works must have a clean, nonabrasive base or be mounted on a pedestal.
There is a $30 entry fee for the first two pieces and $10 per additional piece. Works can be dropped off to the center at 1201 Pine Ave., Niagara Falls, from Jan. 29 to Feb. 7. For more information or to receive an application, call 563-7692 or 283-7530.
