LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are getting married.
Rimes' publicist, Rhett Usry, confirmed Tuesday that the country singer and the actor "were engaged over the holidays and are very happy."
Both were married to other people when they fell in love with each other. Rimes, 28, and Cibrian, 37, co-starred in the 2009 Lifetime original TV movie "Northern Lights."
Cibrian's divorce from his wife of eight years was finalized in October. Rimes' husband filed for divorce a year ago. Irreconcilable differences was listed as the reason for both previous marriages ending.

For the third straight year, President Obama ranks as the man most admired by people living in the U.S., according to an annual USA Today-Gallup poll.
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is the most-admired woman for the ninth year in a row, edging out former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and TV host Oprah Winfrey, as she did last year.
The poll, released Monday, asked respondents what man and woman, living anywhere in the world, they most admired. Rankings from 1 to 10 were based on total mentions and reported in percentages.
Obama has been the poll's most-admired man since his election in 2008. With 22 percent choosing him, Obama leads his predecessors, George W. Bush, with 5 percent, and Bill Clinton, with 4 percent.
Aretha Franklin has not died, contrary to rumors rocketing across the Internet, a source close to the singer has told the Detroit Free Press.
The Detroit singer, who has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, is "home, alive and recovering," said the source, who requested anonymity because of sensitivity about Franklin's health.
Rumors that Franklin had died began simmering online Monday, hitting a frenzy Monday night on Twitter and other social media.
False celebrity death reports pop up frequently on Twitter, with celebrities such as Morgan Freeman and Bill Cosby among the recent targets.

The piano man and husband David Furnish have become parents to a 7-pound, 15-ounce boy born on Christmas Day. The news was first reported Monday night by USMagazine.com and confirmed to the Associated Press by John's Los Angeles-based publicist.
Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John was born in California via a surrogate, whose identity is being protected by the new parents.
Zachary is 62-year-old John's first child with the 48-year-old Furnish. The couple married in 2005.
