PASTA PATROL -- Sikora Post 1322, American Legion, 950 Payne Ave., North Tonawanda, will sponsor a spaghetti dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Tickets are $6. For an extra $1.50, you get a choice of homemade desserts.

BOOK BONANZA -- The Hulbert Library of the Town of Concord, 18 Chapel St., Springville, is holding a three-day book sale, just in time for summer reading. It starts from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and continues from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

PICTURE THIS -- One of the ways the Hull Family Home & Farmstead, 5962 Genesee St., Lancaster, is celebrating its 200th anniversary this year is with a photo contest in conjunction with Continental Camera. Photos must have been taken since last Sept. 1 and must include a physical element of the house, which is the oldest stone dwelling in Erie County, or an event sponsored there.

All pictures must be submitted by Aug. 31. Three prizes -- gift certificates for Continental Camera -- will be awarded in three age groups. Winning entries will be used for the 2011 Hull House calendar. For rules and details, visit www.hullfamilyhome.org.

REUNIONS -- Bishop Ryan High School is holding its 11th annual all-class reunion and picnic July 16 at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs, beginning with Mass at 6 p.m. in the school chapel.
