Mr. and Mrs. Theodore J. Drews Sr. of Buffalo celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner in Ilio DiPaolo's Restaurant, Blasdell. A Mass was offered at a later date in St. Joseph University Catholic Church, Buffalo, followed by a luncheon for family and friends in their home. Mr. Drews and Phyllis Crumlish were married June 18, 1960, in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, officiated by the bride's uncle, Monsignor Richard Crumlish. He is a retired operating engineer for the Division of Engineering of the City of Buffalo; she is a retired nurse manager at Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The couple has four children and 12 grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Marco T. Clapps of Kenmore celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Mr. Clapps and Rose Catalano were married June 17, 1950, in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Dunkirk. He is a retired mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. The couple has two children, four grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

Mr. and Mrs. Alvah T. Connolly of Buffalo celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family party in Williamsville. Mr. Connolly and Patricia Ann Harter were married June 17, 1950, in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Buffalo. He is a retired public accountant in the Kenmore area. The couple has eight children, 27 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Soltis of Lancaster celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a Mass in St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Elma, followed by a family gathering in Forestview Restaurant, Depew. Mr. Soltis and Lorraine Numeracki were married June 18, 1960, in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Buffalo. He is a retired draftsman from Bethlehem Steel and ATSI Engineering; she is a cook for Cheektowaga Central High School. The couple has two children and two grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. F. Neil Burrows of Buffalo celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Mr. Burrows and Sharon Hammond were married June 18, 1960, in Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Buffalo. He is retired from Harrison Radiator, Lockport. The couple has four children, 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles P. Blakely Sr. of Buffalo celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner party in Classics V, Amherst. Mr. Blakely and Larusha Hester were married June 9, 1950, in Buffalo. He is a World War II veteran and retired from Bethlehem Steel, Lackawanna. The couple has two sons, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. Reisdorf and Mary Ann Victor were married June 11, 1960, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Varysburg. He is retired owner with wife of Mini Mart Motel and Country Kitchen, Orangeville; she is a theater actress in the Buffalo area. The couple has three children and six grandchildren.

He is a retired supervisor in the food broker industry; she is a retired medical secretary. The couple has four children and 10 grandchildren.

He is a retired men's clothing manager for various retail stores; she is retired from the accounts payable department at Vibratech Inc. The couple has three children and six grandchildren.

Renewal of marriage vows will take place in November in Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Buffalo. Mr. Nowak and Patricia Ziomkowski were married June 25, 1960, in Corpus Christi Church. He is a retired teacher for West Seneca Central and Royalton-Hartland Central and a retired inspector for U.S. Immigration, Peace Bridge, Buffalo; she is a retired manager and head seamstress for Crest Cleaners, Buffalo and East Aurora. The couple has three children and six grandchildren

Mr. and Mrs. David Newman of Williamsville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a renewal of marriage vows in St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Lancaster, followed by a reception in the Elks Lodge, Lancaster. Mr. Newman and Madeleine Davenport were married June 25, 1960, in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Lancaster. He is retired owner of Newman Business Forms; she is currently working as an accounts payable clerk for Lactalis American Group. The couple has two children and two grandchildren.

He is a retired pipefitter for Fleischmann Tank and Pump, Buffalo; she is a retired cook for Eagle House Restaurant, Williamsville, and retired from Wm. Hengerer department store, Buffalo. The couple has six children, 12 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren.

Mr. Porter and Phyllis Zimmer were married June 18, 1960, in Trinity Lutheran Church, West Seneca. He is currently building inspector for the Town of Orchard Park. The couple has three children, five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
