Third Round from the LPGA Championship

NOON: Cristie Kerr looked totally at ease on the front nine in maintaining a five-shot lead over Mika Miyazato. Kerr played the side 1-under and easily could have made a couple more birdies. She lipped out a 25-footer on No. 9. Not many greens at Locust Hill present three-putt danger, but subtle breaks make it hard to get on a birdie roll. Kerr justed bogeyed No. 10 after driving into the rough and is back to even for the day with Miyazato looking at a birdie putt after a highly fortuitous kick on her approach. She made it and suddenly the lead is down to three.
