Seven University at Buffalo student-athletes will attend the NCAA's Career In Sports Forum May 11-14 in Indianapolis. They are Martina Pettenuzzo and Nina Connell (women's soccer), Casey Derkacz and Kieron Gradwell (men's soccer), Scott Dickover (cross country), Michael McDowell (men's swimming and diving) and Lindsay Hampton (softball).
Anthony Orefice, a seventh grader who wrestles for Lockport High School, went 4-0 recently to win the 90-pound middle school championship at the National High School Coaches Association meet at Virginia Beach, Va.
