SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc.

Windsor, Conn., 10.7 million shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SSNC. Business: Provides front, middle and back office software and outsourced services to financial services industry.

Scorpio Tankers Inc.

Monaco, 12.5 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Morgan Stanley and Dahlman Rose & Co. Proposed NYSE symbol STNG. Business: Provides seaborne transportation of crude oil and other petroleum products, worldwide.
