BIG WHEELS -- The Western New York Bicycle Association holds its 10th annual Bicycle Swap Meet and Flea Market from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the Main-Transit Fire Hall banquet facility, 6777 Main St., Amherst.


EGGING ONWARD -- We got a late-night call from Stan Penkacik, who said his wife, Susan, who has headed the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Faith United Church of Christ, had just finished hiding 3,000 eggs, many with prizes. Children ages 2 to 10 are invited to come find them from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the church at Maple and Hopkins roads, Amherst.


BUNNY FUN -- The Easter Bunny himself will be at the New York Power Authority's annual Easter "Eggstravaganza" from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Niagara Power Vista in Lewiston. There also will be games, crafts, photos with the bunny until 2 p.m. and a bunny petting zoo. Visitors are asked to bring nonperishable food items to donate.


SHOPPING BAG -- Cannoli, pizza, crispelli, breads, cookies, pies, cakes, all are part of the annual baked goods sale by the Ladies Society of Holy Cross Catholic Church from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday in Holy Cross School Hall, Niagara and Maryland streets.

Homemade Ukrainian Easter eggs, babka, sweets and 100 theme baskets are featured in the Easter bazaar from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 3275 Elmwood Ave., Town of Tonawanda.

Homemade nut rolls, poppy seed rolls, strudel, maple tortes and sausage will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at a bake sale sponsored by the Altar Society of Our Lady of Bistrica Croatian Catholic Church, 1619 Abbott Road, Lackawanna.

Queen of Angels Parish, 144 Warsaw St., Lackawanna, holds its annual Easter bazaar from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. There will be raffles, booths for children, crafts and chocolate rabbits. Mitzi the Clown will do free face painting.
