Good Morning.

The latest census estimates show that the Rochester region is nearly as big as Buffalo Niagara. News Staff Reporter Jay Rey reports today that Buffalo Niagara's population is estimated at 1.12 million, compared to metro Rochester's 1.03 million.

Members of the U.S. Paralympic sled hockey team share their memories of winning gold in Vancouver in today's City & Region section.

And it's not too late to enter Western New York's Edible Book Festival. News Food Writer Andrew Z. Galarneau writes today that you can still register for a spot in the April 1 fest at the Western New York Book Arts Collaborative.
