Commuting Concerns / Trouble spots for the upcoming week

I-190/Niagara Thruway (Town of Tonawanda): Lane restrictions all week on the southbound ramp to the eastbound I-290 (Youngmann Memorial Highway).

Also, there will be southbound lane restrictions from: 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday, as well as Sunday, between Whitehaven Road, Exit 19, in Grand Island and River Road, Exit 17; and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday between South Grand Island Bridge and Sheridan Drive, Exit 15.

I-290/Youngmann Memorial Highway (Town of Tonawanda): Lane restrictions all week on the westbound ramps to the Niagara Thruway.

Maple Road (Amherst): Lane restrictions all week in both directions, between Niagara Falls Boulevard and North Forest Road.

Babcock Street (Buffalo): Will be closed all week in both directions between Clinton and Seneca streets. Look for detour.

Ridge Road (Lackawanna): Lane restrictions continue all week between Center Street and Lehigh Avenue, with a signal controlling alternate single lanes of traffic.

Route 324/Grand Island Boulevard (Town of Tonawanda): Westbound ramp to the northbound Niagara Thruway will be closed. Watch for detour.

Also, lane restrictions in both directions at Staley Road, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Fuhrmann Boulevard (Buffalo): Lane restrictions in both directions from Ohio Street to Tifft Street.

Route 384/Delaware Avenue (Buffalo): Lane restrictions from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday between Nottingham Terrace and Rumsey Road.
