Hospital board announces officers' re-elections
NIAGARA FALLS -- James C. Roscetti of the law firm Roscetti & DeCastro has been re-elected chairman of the board of directors of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
The medical center announced Wednesday that School Superintendent Cynthia A. Bianco was re-elected vice chairwoman; Margaret M. Toohey, president of the Lewiston Insurance Agency, has been re-elected secretary; and Charles C. Rader, chief executive officer of IsleChem, has been re-elected treasurer.
Elected to three-year terms on the board were Robert L. Bradley Jr., Ronald R. Campbell and Stephanie Williams Cowart. Dr. Jayanta Chaudhuri, president of Memorial's medical staff, was appointed to a one-year term.
Sabres alumni featured in hockey game Friday
LEWISTON -- Members of the Niagara County Sheriff's Office will play against members of the Buffalo Sabres Alumni Association in a hockey game to raise money for the United Way at 7 p.m. Friday in Dwyer Area on the campus of Niagara University.
General admission is $10, but children under 7 years old will be admitted free. Tickets may be purchased at the Dwyer Arena box office, the Niagara County Sheriff's Office in Lockport, the United Way of Niagara office, 3000 Military Road, Town of Niagara, and the Eastern Niagara United Way office, 41 Main St., Lockport.
