Delaware North Cos., a Buffalo-based hospitality and food service provider named Elizabeth Toich an information analyst in the Corporate IT Department; Mark Horwitz manager of compensation and benefits in the Corporate Human Resources Department; Jesse Baier administrative assistant to the Corporate Communications and Marketing Department; and Chantal Carriere a management trainee for Delaware North Cos. Hurwitz & Fine attorney Andrea Schillaci was selected as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of 1 percent of American lawyers.

Erdman Anthony appointed Mary Lawhon a marketing coordinator in its Buffalo-based Civil Engineering Department. Lawhon holds an associate's degree in applied science and business administration from Alfred State College and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fredonia State College.

Troy and Banks, a Buffalo-based energy and telecom consulting and auditing provider to businesses and government agencies, was selected by the State of Connecticut Office of Policy and Management to conduct a cost recovery audit of energy utility bills for executive branch agencies.
