Debbie Clark, who owns Delish, the combination bakery/snack bar and cooking school at 802 Elmwood Ave., has announced new instructors for the fall classes that began there this week. The new teachers will join with returning chefs Chris Cihak and Richard Kellogg.

Paula Alba, a Buffalo native who makes her home in France, will start teaching classes in October. Alba travels internationally to teach culinary arts and also works as a private chef for international celebrities.

Christa Glennie Seychew is co-founder of the nonprofit Field & Fork Network, an organization that promotes local markets and eating. She is also the producer of the "Nickel City Chef" programs.
