Maynard named MAC POTW

In only his second career start of his career,
UB QB Zach Maynard earned Mid-American Conference East Division Offensive Player
of Week honors for his standout performance against Pitt on Saturday.

The sophomore threw for 400 yards and four touchdowns against
Pitt for the finest single-game performance in the Bulls' Football Bowl Subdivison history. His 400 passing yards broke the record of 350 set by Randall Secky
against Ohio in 2002. His four touchdown passes tied the FBS mark
also held by Drew Willy.

Maynard completed 24-of-35 passes against the Panthers.

Roosevelt, who has six catches for a career high 157 yards, was named Honorable Mention Wide Receiver Performer of the Week by
the College Football Performance Awards.
