>Founder of Wing Fest to appear on 'Today'

The Wing Festival may be over, but the national hype continues.

Founder Drew Cerza will appear on NBC's "Today" as part of the morning show's introduction to the upcoming football season. Cerza will appear today during the show's 10 a.m. hour.

The segment, which comes just three days after this year's national wing festival, will feature Cerza making his famous Bourbon Street BBQ wing sauce, the same recipe he used to defeat Food Network star Bobby Flay in one of Flay's "Throwdown" episodes.

This year's festival drew a record attendance of 92,000 people from 49 states and 31 countries.
