PRAYER: Ministry team from churches throughout the Buffalo Niagara region utilizes God's word and training to assist anyone who is sick physically, emotionally or spiritually, 7 to 9 p.m., St. James United Church of Christ, 4661 Porter Road, Niagara Falls. FLEA-TIQUE: Flea market and antique sale, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Saturday, Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church, 626 Oliver St., North Tonawanda. Hot dogs, hamburgers and chowder will be on sale Saturday; fall planters, jewelry, glassware, floral centerpieces, furniture and more are for sale both days.
FISH FRY: Dinners include coleslaw, fries or parsley potatoes and your choice of battered or baked haddock, deep fried shrimp or beef on weck, 4 to 7 p.m., St. John de LaSalle Catholic Church, 8477 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls. Eat in or takeout available. Call 283-7916 to order ahead.
